Confirmed. I've attached a test case. I saw an exception: Protocol error (unknownError): couldn't find start of the rule but note this is not a dup of bug 1390455, as there are no non-ASCII characters in the style sheet.

The line and column are 0. I suspect maybe stylo isn't preserving the location on a keyframe rule.
