This is follow up for bug 1362036.
HTTPi includes Netmonitor modules in the Webconsole and we also need to introduce aliases for those module so, webpack can find them.

Note:
there is weird error coming from generated bundle code
TypeError: context is undefined
Stack trace:
Connect@http://localhost:8000/assets/build/console.js:46014:9
Looks like webpack is not doing good job here.
Let's wait till the blockers land.
