[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Mac OS X 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Download this file https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4FHsML7tYx9emNHNmZLb0M2NTA
3. Drag and drop the .url file in Firefox.
[Expected result]:
The file redirects the user to the site that bookmark was linked to.
[Actual result]:
Drag and drop an .html / bookmark file to the browser isn't working

This is a Windows-specific shortcut file. Chrome appears to support them on other platforms however.
