We want to disable the profile reset prompts on 55.*, by setting browser.disableResetPrompt=true.

Matt can you take this one and go through https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Go_Faster/System_Add-ons/Process?  QE also requested  an email to pi-request@m.c with the details of what they should test so we can hopefully get this out the door tomorrow.  Thanks!

I'm just going to look at some data of bookmark counts first to see if there is an obvious decline recently. If not, dolske and I are thinking the SAO probably isn't necessary.

PLACES_BOOKMARKS_COUNT telemetry seems normal so I suggest that we don't bother with the SAO. A SAO for this pref flip may also require doing cleanup to preserve users' existing preference value since I don't think this pref is a sticky pref.
