OS X, latest nightly, webrender+layers-free enabled. Load the attached page (I reduced the HTML but not the CSS). For me it turns the browser toolbar (where the URL bar, back/forward/reload, etc. buttons sit) into a flat gray bar. With layers-free off it renders correctly.

This seems to be fixed in the latest nightly. I used mozregression and got this range: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=e6c32278f32cd5f7d159627b2157396b62d0c4a9&tochange=946b9c995ec331f4f96360409fd8d2fc49e46838 so likely fixed by Ethan's patches.
