When selecting an element which has a rule with a CSS animation, the Rules panel is entirely empty. I'm attaching a reduced test case. I can reproduce this with a clean profile and toggling on the servo pref. It does notreproduce with servo pref'd off (I found I have to restart the browser)

The animation panel btw. works just fine for this case. Its just the Rules inspector that has no content.

Thanks for the report!  This is a known issue with Stylo mode, we're on it!

(Also, it should be enough to reload the page after changing the Stylo pref, but that's not really the issue at hand.)
