1395917 - (photon) The reading list folder icon is blue on Android 6 devices

Oneplus Two (Android 6.0.1)
LG Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1)

Build: Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-31);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a page to the reading list.
2. Go to bookmarks and check the Reading list folder icon.

Expected result:
The icon should be grey. 

Actual result:
Only on the Android 6 devices that I have, the folder icon is blue. The screenshot attached shows the difference between 2 Android 6 devices and an Android 5.
