Details
Currently, if I type for example "mozilla evangelism" into the URL bar and
push Return, Mozilla tries to look up the domain name
<www.mozilla evangelism.com>. There is no such host, and there _can't_ be:
spaces are not allowed in DNS names. However, there can be quite a long
delay before the DNS query fails, and if I push stop during this, the
browser tends to get confused (which is a separate bug).
I believe it would be more sensible for Mozilla to notice the space and
assume that the user intended to do a web search instead. It's easy to
forget to push down-arrow (to select "Search for "mozilla evangelism"").

I'll return to this soon, but it's a dupe (and yes it should be done)
zach: simple work around: enable internet keyword and set google/whatever
as your search. Works a treat.
