Details

STR:
1. Open several tabs.
2. Select a tab in the middle of the tab strip.
3. Right-click on the first tab and choose "Duplicate" from the context menu.

Expected:

Duplicated tab is created next to the tab it is duplicating like existing extensions (FoxyTab, Duplicate Tab, Duplicate Tab Shortcut) and other browsers.

Actual:

Duplicated tab is created at the end of the tab strip.

It seems the issue reproduces only if the about-to-be-duplicated tab is NOT the currently opened and focused tab.
Duplicating a current tab does behave as expected.

Shouldn't this be P3? I don't see any meaningful activity here.

Hi everyone,

This seems like an interesting issue. Could I work on this?
Also, is there any directions?

Thanks!

Redirecting the ni to Dao.

Dao, could this be a mentored bug for Mellina?
