From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux ppc; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020421
Debian/1.rc1-1
BuildID: 1.0RC1 20020421
Today I tried to download my messages for offline use. I had selected most of
my mail folders -- several dozen -- for this purpose. I went to the
Download/Sync Now option, hit the Select button to make sure the folders were
selected (they were), made sure Mail folders was checked, and clicked OK.
Despite having dozens of folders with messages in them (some never before
viewed), Mozilla downloaded mail from *ONE* folder -- not even the INBOX (or one
I visit often). It toally ignored all the rest. It gave no error. Just
ignored all of them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
See description
Actual Results: See description
Expected Results: See description
The mail server is Courier IMAP, configured to allow 200 processes and 100 per
IP. These mail folders are IMAP folder.

do you have any no select folders selected for offline use? Could you attach a
protocol log? thx.

This is the IMAP log you asked for. Here's what I did:
I logged in. I clicked on the debian.devel and debian.legal folders (just so
you can see that there are unread messages existing there). I then went to
Download/Sync now, made sure Mail was checked, and started it. It seems to
have downloaded from my spam and cron folders only. Those, as well as dozens
of others (including the Debian folders) have new mail that should have been
downloaded.
I don't know what a "no select" folder is, sorry. I do have about 90% of my
mail folders selected for offline use. I'd say that at least 70% of my folders
get new mail each day.

Are any of these folders configured for offline use? They're all noselect folders.
"INBOX.jython"
"INBOX.progeny"
"INBOX.aclug"
"INBOX.gnupg"
"INBOX.debian"
"INBOX.debian.spi"
If so, you should unselect them, and this bug would be a dup of bug 133951 -
hope this helps; please let me know.
