Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/how-to-apply/files/uc-personal-questions-guide-freshman.pdf in the Firefox PDF viewer.
Actual results:
The orange and yellow background covers significant portions of the screen.
Expected results:
The background should only cover the header.

I can confirm this bug still occurs.
This is a simplified testcase. In Acrobat or Chrome you'll see a partly filled rectangle
, while in FF it just looks weird.
