[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to "about:preferences".
3. Change the W to 492 on Windows 10 and to 570 on Mac.

[Expected result]:
The scrollbar should appear when changing the width to the same size On window and on Mac OS.

[Actual result]:
On window the horizontal scrollbar appears when changing the width to 492.
On Mac the horizontal scrollbar appears when changing the width to 570.

I'm going to close this issue since there is no specific spec telling us to make all OSes have the same look and feel. Even if there is, it shouldn't be. The actual result for each OS is depending on system settings/preferences, so it's normal to see there are slightly differences on each platform.
