STR:
1. restore a session at browser startup
2. switch to a non-active and non-pinned tab
Expected: location bar has the tab URL
Actual: location bar has "search or enter address" for a short time before changing to actual URL.
Sometimes it's up to half a second, and sometimes just a flash.
Either way, it's a regression.

Prior to Firefox 75.0 update I had google search option was below url command line. Now it says search google or enter address instead, how do I go back to what it was
