The ExternalTaskSensor is designed to trigger when an external task finishes execution. This was used to implement a patch to run the search rollups on a daily and monthly basis. The sensor should allow for the interaction of dags on different cadences. Currently, the job does not complete. The search rollup has been added to ATMO and is currently scheduled there while this problem is investigated. https://github.com/mozilla/telemetry-airflow/commit/8d218bcbe39c84d17b1d57733ac61f7175045115
