Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. open https://addons.mozilla.org/ja/firefox/addon/download-youtube-video/?src=search
Actual results:
detail is in English, but request language is ja.
AMO page does not allow to execute web-ext, Translation extensions are never working on the site.
Expected results:
Please provide away to translate function whole page and selected text.

This is not a security bug, please file this issue on addons-server: https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server
I don't quite follow the bug either, I think you are asking for AMO to pull the translations out of the manifest when the file is uploaded, as opposed to having to do them manually in AMO.

Sorry, I mean provide system addon like that does not restricted to execute AMO.

Oh I see. The problem is that you are using an add-on that does translations through a content script. Because AMO doesn't allow content scripts, you aren't getting the translation. Changed the title to match the problem.
I think this can be duped to other bugs, but haven't got the time to search for them right now.
Summary: Please provide away to translate function. Because AMO page does not allow to execute web-ext, Translation extensions are never working on the site. → Run content scripts on AMO
