The mail notifier sits in system tray after new incoming mail's been read, and
doesn't disappear until I close Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla and wait for new incoming mail;
2.Read the new incoming mail;

Actual Results:  The tray icon indicating for new mail should disappear after
all new mail's been read.

Expected Results:  The tray icon indicating for new mail does not disappear
after all new mail's been read.
