Steps to reproduce:

JSS currently uses NSS_Init() which has some limitations as described in the following page:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/NSS_Library_Init

To address the issues, JSS should be modified to use NSS_InitContext() instead.
JSS development has moved from the Mozilla community to the Dogtag PKI community. Please re-file this bug at https://github.com/dogtagpki/jss if it is still relevant. Thank you!
