While I see in the Composer spec that "They should be able to easily create embedded lists by use of the tab key", it is *not* expected behavior for this to happen if you are tabbing between columns in a table in Composer. Expected: Tabbing if within a table cell - whether the cursor is currently in a list or not - should move you to the next table cell and does not indent the list. I verified that this happens in Dreamweaver, MS Word, and Composer 4.x.
