Details
The suspect site http://cw2.privacyassistant.net/ext/firefox?cid=96r1m80fogry&trs=hpa&cont=USA&c=10072&z=2401357 features a green "Install Now" to install a suspect add-on for Firefox.
(http://cw2.privacyassistant.net also looks a bit suspect, not sure if anything can be done about this to protect users.)

Clearly the website is trying to mislead users, but I'll open a separate bug to look into that.
The add-on is relatively harmless, adding a Yahoo search provider probably using a referral code to monetize it. However, its name is "SearchAssist Incognito", and description is "Keep your searches private by installing SearchAssist Incognito.", all of which is also misleading. I think that's enough to warrant a block.
