[Affected versions]: Nightly 57.0a1(2017-09-12) [Affected platforms]: Tested on Windows 7 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open 2 tabs 2. Enable the Title bar. 3. Measure the tab separator height. [Expected result]: The height of the separator, when the Title Bar is enabled, should be 24px. [Actual result]: The height of the tab separator is 32px.

Stephen, is this a bug in the interactive mockup? It seems to me like the tab separators should always be full height inside the tab box on aero surfaces.
