Nightly 57.0a1(2017-09-12)

[Affected platforms]:

Tested on Windows 7

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open 2 tabs
2. Enable the Title bar.
3. Measure the tab separator height. 

[Expected result]:

The height of the separator, when the Title Bar is enabled, should be 24px. 

[Actual result]:

The height of the tab separator is 32px.

Stephen, is this a bug in the interactive mockup? It seems to me like the tab separators should always be full height inside the tab box on aero surfaces.

Yeah, that's an oversight in the mockup.
