On tablet mode for Chrome and Edge windows observed the followings:
- Chrome has all 3 buttons on the tab bar: minimize, maximize and close
- Edge does not have any button on the tab bar.

We should have close buttons in touch mode. See: https://mozilla.invisionapp.com/share/ENBBK0F9U#/238848147_Overview_-_Touch
Might be a bug in the interactive mockup. Thanks!
