Enable mod_rewrite to support 'short' URLs alike https://bugs.gentoo.org/123456 (it used to be recommended in the Appendix to old Bugzilla docs), 2. Attempt to use the short URL in 'See Also' field. Actual results: > https://bugs.gentoo.org/123456 is not a valid URL to a bug. Expected results: Bugzilla should have accepted the URL.
