Details
When I grab the favicon to the left of the URL shown in the location bar and
drag it down to the bookmarks panel, as I fly over the bookmarks toolbar, the
toolbar buttons I fly over open up. After I drop the new bookmark, the menu
from the bookmarks toolbar button is still posted, until I click on it's button.
I don't recall it ever doing this before 1.0rc1.

Marking NEW. There is a fix in bug 139471: folders only open after a short
period of time.

I can reproduce this simply by trying to drag a b/m over existing folders in the
toolbar. If I drag over 4 folders, they all open up but never close and will
even stay on top of other moz windows when focus changes.
