User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 I just installed 1.0 RC1 over 0.9.9 yesterday and did not notice this glitch until this afternoon. I am not able to get the location bars to activate by pressing Enter. On my machine, at least, the steps to reproduce this problem are trivial. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla. 2. Type "http://www.mozilla.org/" in the location bar. 3. Press Enter. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Mozilla.org web page starts loading. I just did a number of searches on Bugzilla for "location bar," "enter," etc., but turned up nothing on this aside from a comment from Gregor Rosenauer on bug 131205 which said, "Using build 2002041711, RC1, ... it doesn't hang, but neither does it load the page when pressing Enter in the location-bar..." Rosenauer indicated that he would be submitting this issue as a separate bug, but I was not able to find any such bug. I am reluctant to indicate this bug as "major," but the location bar is a major feature to me and it's no longer usable. Finally, this may be a separate bug altogether, but it seems that once I have -tried- to load a new page by typing a URL in the location bar, some aspects of the Mozilla user interface are unresponsive. For example, the tree controls in the bookmark manager and preferences dialog will not expand.
