Hey Smaug, since you are already familiar those changes I guess it makes sense till you are back from PTO.
For one reason or the other we encountered some windows failures with my latest TRY push [1].
Following tests were failing:

* dom/browser-element/mochitest/test_browserElement_inproc_PromptCheck.html
* dom/browser-element/mochitest/test_browserElement_inproc_PromptConfirm.html 
* dom/browser-element/mochitest/test_browserElement_inproc_RemoveBrowserElement.html 
* dom/browser-element/mochitest/test_browserElement_inproc_ScrollEvent.html

Please note that I added a testcase for blocking data: URIs for mozbrowser within Bug 1399170.

Whenever you get a chance, could you please review those changes?
