Steps to reproduce:
 1. Open Fennec; 
 2. Rotate the device to landscape mode.

Expected result:
 - AS uses up the entire screen and is not limited to only a portion of it.

Actual result:
 - AS is limited to only a portion of the screen

Notes:
 - on tablets the layout is not displayed on the entire screen in both landscape and portrait mode

We should consider taking some cues from the design on tablet: bug 1352342.

All open Activity Stream bugs are moving from the whiteboard tag, "[mobileAS]", to the Firefox for Android component, "Activity Stream", so that I can keep better track of these bugs as the new triage owner; I will send out an email shortly with additional details, caveats, etc.
