[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows 10 x 64, Windows 7 x32, Mac OS X 10.12 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to "about:preferences".
3. Change the W to under 600.

[Expected result]:
Drop downs should be correctly displayed

[Actual result]:
Drop downs on "About:preferences" pages aren't displayed when changing the page width to under 600

Hani, I cannot reproduce this on macOS? Can you verify "Affected platforms" again?

It's also reproducible on Mac OS as you can see in the screenshot attached.

Layout has been fixed recently. From your example attachment 8908572 [details], the space between menulist of font size "16" and "Advanced" button right now are supposed to be close to each other.

Can you update your Nightly and check it again? (btw, attachment 8908572 [details] is telling you the Nightly update is available)

I noticed the sign that indicates to update nightly, and then I verified after I updated Nightly and the result was the same that's why I didn't make another screenshot.

After testing this again on the latest nightly build on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.12 and Mac OS 10.10 the issue still persists. (please see the screenshot attached)

I could reproduce this on Windows. But after investigated, I found out that it seems be a default behavior of XUL component because I reset the width of a menulist as "50px" then the empty situation is happened (check the screenshot attachment).

So I would say this issue could be WONTFIX in the Photon Preference scope.
