14013 - [Tree] treeitem and treerow do not support style="border-bottom: 1px solid blue"

Attempting to put a blue line at the bottom of every row in my tree does not work
by assigning the style "border-bottom: 1px solid blue" to either treeitem or
treerow.

I don't get a sense of how important this bug is, what is it preventing? Is
there a workaround for 'beta'? reassigning to hyatt as p3 for m12 (for now)

My hands have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer type.  I need
help.  If you think you can fix this bug on your own, please take it away from
me.  If you'd like to volunteer to be my hands for a specific bug, then I'll be
happy to come up to your cube and sit with you and fix the bug (assuming you
have the patience for that).

"blue" work? does "solid" work?

Treerows, treecells treeitems, treechildren all do not support border.  It was
border-bottom that I was trying to use on the addressing widget, but we need a
full border around treerows that are selected but not in focus (border: 1px
dotted black).  We also need a border around tree children to show the correct
focus in the mailnews folder and thread panes.

would be great if the QA contact here could verify this bug is still broken.

You don't style the rows.  You style the cells.  See Ben Goodger's property 
dialogs... he achieves the exact look almost that you need.  Better yet, go talk 
to him.  He's here now.  I'm gently marking this bug as invalid. :)
