1401560 - Make sure console input is focused after opening the console

We should add a test case in http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/devtools/client/webconsole/new-console-output/test/mochitest/browser_webconsole_input_focus.js to make sure the console input has the focus when we open the console.
This was tested in the old frontend in browser_console_click_focus.js.
