Most of the failures here are actually Bug 1756294 or Bug 1758556.
E.g.

The same as above applies for the most recent failures.

Whiteboard: [stockwell disable-recommended]
Whiteboard: [stockwell disable-recommended]

I checked the failure logs and this occurs under

  • mixed-content/tentative/autoupgrades/audio-upgrade.https.sub.html
  • navigation-timing/secure-connection-start-reuse.https.html

Disabled both tests on android debug to reduce failure rate.

Hi James, could you please take look at this? Disabling the tests didn't do much, failures moved to other tests.

Flags: needinfo?(james)

Yeah, this is the same bug as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1765047 and in particular https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1765047#c5 explains what's going on: basically something is trying to resolve example.com, which causes an intentional browser crash in CI. It wasn't immediately obvious what code is trying to do that, but it at least doesn't seem to be the tests that you disabled, so I'm not really surprised the patch here didn't do much.

Let's continue the investigation in the other bug.

With my patches from bug 1522790 we can see a similar failure for canvas jobs on Linux asan:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer?job_id=473963448&repo=try&lineNumber=9996-10002

Loading the page clearly fails with a nssBadCert error for https%3A//web-platform.test%3A8443/testharness_runner.html&c=UTF-8&d=%20:

James, do you have any idea what this could be? Not sure yet if disabling the test will help or if it will just move the failure to the next test.

Flags: needinfo?(james)

Looks like that try push just didn't have the regenerated certificates? SO I'd expect the problem to go away with a rebase.

Yes, that fixed those errors. Thanks a lot!
