nexus-4-13's battery has failed and Van has removed it for recycling. This loses all try coverage for Nexus 4/Android 4.2. I'll have to remove it from production.

nexus-4-9 only runs s1s2geckoview on mozilla-central. We can probably add the try jobs to it. Do we need to keep running s1s2geckoview on Nexus 4 or can I drop that altogether?

drop nexus-4-13 and use nexus-4-9 instead. I think we will be ok in terms of load though we may need to revisit when we start re-enabling tests which were disabled due to oranges.
