From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020403
BuildID: 2002040303
When I am reading a web page, I will frequently open a link in a new window,
then switch back to the one I was viewing before to finish reading the page.
The problem is that once the other page has finished loading, it appears on top
of the current one, interrupting my reading/filling out forms. If this is
simply a preference option, I certainly haven't found how to turn it off.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.google.com
2.Right-click the "advanced search" link and open it in a new window
3.When the window opens, return to the original window and wait. Once the new
window has finished opening, it will take over the view.
Actual Results: The new window overrode the one I was currently viewing.
Expected Results: It should have left the other window out of my view until I
selected it.
