Steps to reproduce:
Open enough tabs such that slightly more than half of the window width contains tabs.
Actual results:
The window title (rendered in the middle of windows on macOS) is visible over (under?) the tab.
Expected results:
No window title should be rendered since that tabs would obscure it anyway.

Please verify in latest nightly. This is believed to be a duplicate of bug 1398582.
