Details

Steps:

1. Bugzilla wants me to change my password so the force password change page is displayed.
2. Try to log out.

Expected Result:
 I am logged out.

Actual Result:
 The force password change page is redisplayed and I cannot log out. I shouldn't need a password to log out.
