When I go to the URL the PNG image comes in and then a horizontal white line
about 2 pixels tall drops through the entire image. Someone on IRC looked at it
with a fresh Linux CVS build and said it came in fine. Feel free to quickly mark
this bug invalid if no one else sees it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=81008
2. Watch for horizontal white line drop through image

Actual Results:  A horizontal white line drops through the image.

Expected Results:  There shouldn't be a horizontal white line.
