14025 - [PP] Clicking OK in Safe Form Fill dialog crashes app

Only on the mac:
Selecting the prefilled info to use and clicking ok in the safe form fill dialog
crashes apprunner.

Steps:
1. Goto the samples page...goto amazon.com link
2. Edit | Wallet | Safe Form Fill
3a. If you just click OK, apprunner hangs.
3b. If you select the "Name" to use and then click OK, apprunner crashes.

Build Tested:
MacOS 8.51 1999091608

Note: This is not a problem with Win or Linux.

Chris, you are having this problem, right? I don't see it. Can you try deleting
your profile on your mac and trying again? Let me know if you need helping
removing your profile.

Actually I see this also. Sometimes the OK button is just unresponsive, but you
can still go back to the browser window and continue work, but if you try
opening another safe form fill window and pressing OK you will crash.

This one is quite old and probably fixed by now.  Can somebody (sairuh?) verify
that this is still a problem.

yup, works fine for me --tested using linux comm bits (2000-011811).
