Build 2002041512, Win2k. * Press and hold the Ctrl key. * Hover your mouse cursor over a bookmark in the Personal Toolbar. * Click and hold the left mouse button. * Drag the bookmark to another location in the Personal Toolbar. * Release the mouse button. Expected results: Since Ctrl was pressed, the bookmark should be copied rather than moved. This is standard behavior on Windows. Actual results: Although the mouse cursor does change to the Copy cursor (arrow with a plus sign), the bookmark is moved instead of copied.

Not a dup. Bug 85565: Dragging a bookmark from the sidebar to the Personal Toolbar always copies; it should only copy when Ctrl is down, otherwise it should move. This bug: Dragging a bookmark from one spot on the Personal Toolbar to another always moves; it should copy when Ctrl is down.

I think this bug depends on bug 51683, "Unable to have 2 differently named bookmarks for the same url."
Adding dependency on 51683
Depends on: 51683
Is this still an issue?
This works now. Probably a dup of bug 51683, maybe only depending and fixed by it, maybe by the bookmarks rewrite (last year) in general. Choosing WFM as resolution, adjust it if you know for sure.
