When a new bookmarks folder is created and some bookmarks are added to it, from
the Bookmarks menu the first entry in that folder is (Empty), but the folder
actually shows the other bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks/Manage Bookmarks
2. Create a New folder
3. Add some bookmarks to this folder
4. Close the Bookmarks window 
5. Click on the Bookmarks menu and choose the folder just created

Actual Results:  The new folder is not empty (we have added some bookmarks in
it), but the first entry is the shaded grey (Empty).

Expected Results:  (Empty) should appear only if the folder is empty. When the
folder contains at least one bookmark it should not appear.
