Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0
Build ID: 20170824053622
Steps to reproduce:
on my Windows 10 laptop, I have the system scaling set to 175%. When I go to one of these resolution websites (listed below) in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome, Chrome and Edge show very similar resolutions (1289 X 859 and 1290 x 860, so only 1 pixel difference between them) but Firefox shows 1278 X 852, which is quite a ways off from Chrome and Edge.

perhaps this website could also help, it shows more details and information https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/resolution.php

I decided to try out the other scaling options in Windows 10 and it turns out that 175% isn't the only one where Firefox is far off from Edge and Chrome, it's also 225% option and I tried on 2 different computers to confirm. So I'm changing the title accordingly
Summary: when system scaling is 175%, Firefox's resolution is far away from that of Chrome and Edges → when system scaling is 175% or 225%, Firefox's resolution is far away from that of Chromes and Edges
Just a thought, is it possible that Firefox is also scaling its GUI slightly off when system scaling is 175% and 225%? I know webpage content scaling and Firefox's GUI scaling are independent, so maybe the problem exists in both. Can someone check this?

Seems related to or possible dupe of bug 1302168.
Firefox for Android seems to have the same issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1442927
Can someone please check if the UI is also the incorrect size when Windows 10 system scaling is 175% and 225%, I know UI and webpage content are not the same but it's possible this issue is also present in the UI, I just don't know how to check such a thing
