[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Open the New Tab page.
3.Click the Top sites edit button.
4.Click the Add button.
5.Resize Firefox.
[Expected result]:
No UI issues are encountered.
[Actual result]:
The input fields are displayed outside the parent window.
[Regression range]:
I don't think that this is a regression.

Please observe the attached image for further information about this issue.
Please note that this issue is reproducible even while changing the page zoom level to >190%.

This issue is no longer reproducible using Firefox 58.0a1 (Build Id:20170929100122) on Windows 10 64bit, macOS 10.11 and Ubuntu 12.04 32bit.
