140329 - Stagger headers have wrong order (buglist.cgi/table.html.tmpl)

ID / Sev / Pri / Owner / State / Result / Summary

if I now choose stagger, the oder of the content doesn't change, but the
header looks like this:
Id       Sev         Owner          Result
    Pri       State        Summary

all  |    b | pairs are reverted (except for "ID" which has no "a" which
     | a    |
could be reverted).
This works ok at bugzilla.mozilla.org and is thus probably a template bug.
