Window resize problem.  With other apps running but all other windows minimized
except the mozilla window, trying to minimize a mozilla window is unsuccessful.
 The mozilla window minimizes then immediately resizes to previous size on its
own (like yoyo).  With any other another app window open, but not minimized, the
mozilla windw will minimize and stay minimized.  This behavior is observed using
the mozilla minimze button and by right clicking and selecting minimize

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start computer
2.start a couple of other apps and minimize windows
3.start mozilla and try to minimize active window (will not stay minimized)
4.click any other minimized window on task bar to resize it to active
5.minimize mozilla window (and it will stay minimized)

Actual Results:  see previous description of problem

Expected Results:  window should stay minimized
