When setting "calendar.network.multirealm" to true, it is not possible to use one or more CalDAV calendars.
All saved passwords for the CalDAV accounts have been deleted (not the passwords for imap, smtp as they shouldn't affect CalDAV accounts)
After restarting Thunderbird, adding a new calendar, it prompts for the username and password. It fetches the calendar and activates it for maybe a second, then deactivates it.
Adding a new calendar behaves the same, it prompts for username and password but right after it deactivates it.
Can't activate one of them.
