Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1)
Gecko/20020417
BuildID: 2002041711

Mozilla doesn't relase the file when it is done uploading it. For instance if
in hotmail you upload a file to attach it to the email. And then you try to
delete the file. Windows 2000 reports that the file is still in use and can not
be deleted. Closing mozilla allows you to delete the file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upload file to any webpage
2.Try to delete file (you will get the error after you say that yes you do want
to delete it)
3.Close Mosilla
4.Try to delete the file again (it will delete the file this time)

Actual Results: I could delete the file but only after closing mozilla.

Expected Results: I should have been able to delete the file after mozilla was
done reading it.
