I'm using an internal Oracle Reports server that generates PDF from a CGI
application. If I use IE, Netscape 4.79, Mozilla 0.9.9, or Opera, I can view
the pdf document fine. Using Mozilla 1 RC1 Win32, it hangs at the 'starting
plugin for application/pdf' stage. When I follow a link to a static PDF
document, it works fine.

I tried a similar test with a php script - it reads a pdf doc and spits out to
the client. Again, works fine for browsers other than M1RC1.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. build cgi application that outputs an application/pdf
2. access the cgi application using Mozilla 1.0 RC1
3. pray
