The 'Passcode' setting should have a subtitle explaining what it does

We have app reviews saying that the passcode feature is not working.
This is probably because the users don't understand exactly what this feature does. For example, some of those reviewers are expecting to see the entire app locked behind the passcode after enabling the option.
This setting should have a subtitle explaining what it does.

The title (inside the Passcode Panel) is now "Passcode for logins"

Verifying as fix on master 754cdb106707 and beta 10.0(7473). The title has been changed to "Passcode For Logins" inside the passcode panel but also in the settings screen.
