1404594 - "Play Tab" icon does not disappear when the tab is updated

STR:
1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/tab-suspender-tab-unloader/
2. Open a autplay tab in background, like Such as middle click on the link: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_audio_autoplay or a YouTube video. You should see the "Play Tab" icon appear on this opened tab.
3. Use "Suspend all tabs" on Tab Suspender's page icon (while webpage active) to update the tab's url.


Actual results:
The "Play Tab" icon stay.

At a guess, seems like this needs to happen as part of the discardBrowser work. Andy, do the webextension folk have cycles to look into this? Or Kevin, do you have time to follow up here?

I am not sure that I want the "Play Tab" icon to disappear when tabs are discarded.  In the paradigm of the `discardBrowser` API, once a user discards/suspends a tab, the user is able to restore it immediately upon selection.  IMO the "Play Tab" icon does not lose its meaning here and has the same implication whether the tab is suspended or not.  Whether in the suspended state or not, if the user clicks on the tab, it will begin to play.

I realize that Tab Suspender addon has added some complexity to restore a discarded tab (instead of simply being able to select the tab), but it seems the burden of the an additional UI congruent to the addon should be upon the addon.

No longer reproducible in Firefox 101.0, with https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/tab-suspender-extension/ or https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/tab-discard-suspender/.
