Details

My sister has been having a problem with 1.0 RC1 where the message pane in Mail & News starts shaking with varying intensity. If you close Mozilla completely and start it back up, the behavior continues. A workaround is to grab the top frame of the pane and let it go. Sometimes some effort is needed to grab hold of it, as it is shaking. If you now completely close Mozilla and start Mail & News, the problem is gone. I have noticed this problem in the past as well, possibly in 0.9.8 or 0.9.9. Below is a bunch of irrelevant info that might interest you: $ rpm -q mozilla mozilla-1.0rc1-0 $ rpm -q XFree86 XFree86-4.1.0-3 $ rpm -q kdebase kdebase-3.0.0-3 $ rpm -q gtk+ gtk+-1.2.10-11 $ rpm -q glibc glibc-2.2.4-13 Red Hat 7.2, kernel 2.4.7-10 Microsoft core web fonts installed in font path If you need more info, I would be happy to oblige.
