In bug 1220804 we discussed reducing the number of devices in each class that run Talos tpn/svg tests to one. This will save wear and tear on devices and hopefully reduce the "noise" which comes from combining results from two devices.

moves pixel-02, nexus-6p-9 to try (temporarily) enables pixel-02 on trunk branches but not beta or release until we are sure they are green.
