[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 57 and up

[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Mac
- All Linux

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start the browser and press Shift+F2.
2. Navigate to YouTube and click on a video thumbnail.
3. Click the video "Full screen" button and observe the bottom part of the screen.
 
[Expected results]:
- Only the video is displayed.

[Actual results]:
- The Developer Toolbar is displayed.
